This section described the Business Intelligence (BI) functionality of Retail3000. BI is actually performed by ePlato, a separate datawarehouse application which has a tight integration with the Retail3000 OLTP platform. By default, during the night, ePlato imports a number of datasets from Retail3000 with sales data, CRM, loyalty, stock etc. The sections below describe the several XSD formats of these datasets.

When a dataset doesn't comply to the belonging XSD, the whole file is declined. So please develop the export carefully, otherwise the import files will be declined.
